Built with Purpose, Rooted in Community.

Our story

Dr. Elyssa Molina-Arevalo and her husband, Andrew Arevalo, share a deep love for the community they were both born and raised in. After years of education, career experience, and personal growth, they felt called to build something meaningful in the place that shaped them.

Andrew began working in the plants at just 18 years old, where he saw firsthand how physically demanding work can take a toll on the body. Watching coworkers and friends struggle with pain and declining quality of life gave him a strong appreciation for the importance of proactive health and recovery. Through those experiences, he became a regular chiropractic patient himself and developed a deep respect for the impact that quality care can have on someone’s daily life.

As Dr. Molina continued growing in her career as a chiropractor, the two began envisioning what it would look like to bring modern, patient-centered care back to their hometown. With Dr. Molina’s clinical knowledge and passion for helping others, combined with Andrew’s people-focused mindset and business background, they decided to pursue that vision together. The name “Bayshore” honors Galveston Bay, the place that has always been home.
